How to choose between sensors?
There are often many sensor candidates to choose between.
Based on what is known about ADAR editing preferences (e.g., as shown in Qu et al. 2019) and our results around using 3' UTRs vs coding sequences, or contiguous vs. split trigger sequences, we have annotated each sensor with a "preference number", with a lower preference number indicating likely better performance compared to a higher number.
